Life Enrichment & Employment Pathways
Life Enrichment & Employment Pathways introduces a more personalized and holistic approach for clients by replacing programs such as STUDIOS, Community Habilitation, and AIM. The new pathways are focused on tailoring opportunities for each individual, helping them develop skills and engage with the community based on their unique abilities and interests.
With this new service, clients will receive more targeted support, whether through life enrichment activities or employment exploration. It may provide a stronger foundation for personal growth and greater community involvement.

LOGAN’s Life Enrichment and Employment Pathways Service is thriving, with Service Managers, Leads, and Service Navigators actively engaged in their roles and making a meaningful impact. Their dedication is reflected in the increased community involvement of the individuals they support.
Clients are enjoying a wide range of community-based activities, including visits to St. Patrick’s County Park, the Potawatomi Zoo, Michigan beaches, local fairs, the Commerce Center, and the Indiana Dinosaur Museum. These outings provide valuable opportunities for social engagement, exploration, and fun.
LOGAN is forming partnerships with community agencies to create "community hubs," and its facilities may serve as hubs for specific activities. Each pathway offers a range of activities, such as work-related tasks, social activities, volunteering, education, and curriculum-based learning. Clients move freely between pathways based on their interests. Individualized schedules will be created for each client, and the activity list will be regularly updated based on client interests and preferences.
Financial Support
Life Enrichment & Employment Pathways may be funded in a variety of ways, including a Family Supports waiver, a Community Integration and Habilitation waiver, a nursing facility budget, group living contract, or private pay.
