for LOGAN Clients. 

 

In November of 2025, LOGAN will celebrate its 75th anniversary. As we hit this significant milestone, we are embarking on a $30 million anniversary campaign to sustain programs, expand services, and ultimately serve more individuals and their families. To date, we are two-thirds of the way there!

A large part of this campaign includes accessible housing. We want to build new residences, enhance existing spaces, and offer respite care through our newly acquired Chiara Home. We recently purchased 8 group home licenses that will allow us to expand the number of clients we serve. The state has approved our proposed expansion plan that will be executed in phases to minimize disruption to our clients.  The plan consists of replacing 2 of our older group homes with new builds and the purchase of an additional home. The first step in this phased approach is to build a new home on a vacant lot.
