SOUTH BEND, INDIANA (July 26, 2017) – Matt Harrington, President and CEO of LOGAN, issued the following statement regarding the tragic death today of Dr. Todd Graham, a longtime LOGAN supporter, volunteer and donor: The LOGAN family is very saddened by the passing of Dr. Todd Graham. He was an active and generous supporter of LOGAN and a strong advocate for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, particularly children with autism. Fleet Feet Ambassadors will run the 5K with one lucky member of Team LOGAN

Again this year, one member of Team LOGAN will get to “run” in LOGAN’s Run, while seated in a chair. Not just any chair, of course, but a racing wheelchair donated by Fleet Feet Sports of Michiana. The lucky “runner” this year is Janet Menting. Janet, 25, works at LOGAN Industries. She ran cross country when she was in high school. Four years ago, she was severely injured in a car accident, resulting in a traumatic brain injury. She uses a wheelchair today, but is slowly regaining her mobility. Petey’s memorial service makes the front page

Reporter Bob Blake from The South Bend Tribune covered our memorial service for Petey Boxer. Petey spent his days in The Studios at LOGAN with his owner/mom, Ann Rudasics. He died unexpectedly June 29, while working at LOGAN. The memorial service happened on what would have been Petey’s 10th birthday. LOGAN’s Run kickoff event coming soon

MISHAWAKA, Indiana (July 15, 2017) – A kick-off celebration in preparation for the 14th annual LOGAN’s Run will take place Tuesday, July 18, at Fleet Feet Sports, 3522 Grape Road in Mishawaka from 5 to 7 p.m. Interested runners can register at the event as well as win LOGAN’s Run merchandise. Fleet Feet will offer a 10% to anyone who registers or has registered already for LOGAN’s Run. The Kickoff Celebration is the last day for reduced-price registration. Fees increase on July 19.
