PROGRAM COORDINATOR (Supported Living) – Supported Living is currently hiring for a Program Coordinator. The Program Coordinator is responsible for implementation of Habilitation, Personal Assistance and Respite Services. Coordinates and ensures financial management of individual’s household and personal expenses, medical appointments and medications administration, household maintenance, social activities, and safety assurance. Responsible for the direct supervision and scheduling of Program Assistants assigned. A high school diploma/equivalent and a minimum of one year supervisory or management experience required. In addition to, two years experience in working with persons with special needs. This is a full-time position with varied hours (days, nights and weekends).
