PROGRAM ASSISTANT - The Residential Services Department has immediate openings for Program Assistants in both Group Living and Supported Living. The Program Assistant has a tremendous responsibility as the success of an individual’s growth toward independence ultimately lies in the ability of the Program Assistant to promote a supportive living environment. As a member of each individual’s Support Team, the Program Assistant functions through a systematic process designed to meet the needs of individuals served in a wide variety of daily living areas. Responsibilities also include assisting individuals in accessing community resources and accompanying them to appointments and activities. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and experience working with persons with special needs is preferred. Evening, overnight and weekend hours are needed.
