Leading with Stories of Individuals
There will be many authors of this next chapter - a chapter that will be filled with stories as individual as the people that bring the stories to life. Moving to the 'Person Centered Planning', we anticipate the growth of individuals rather than the growth of programs. Our focus will be 'beyond the walls' as LOGAN partners with our community so that opportunities and resources are there for people with disabilities. The expansion of LOGAN's roles as an Advocate and Resource will be key in making this transition.
As throughout LOGAN's history, we listen to the voices of our families and we anticipate the voices of future families to come.
It is an exciting time for LOGAN as we plan for construction of the New Logan Center. Our vision is for this dynamic facility to provide a welcoming place that will be better equipped to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities and their families. This new facility will also be a central place where people from our community can come to learn more about disabilities and resources, as well as become involved in the LOGAN mission.
The Next Chapter of The LOGAN Story promises to be a 'page-turner', filled with energy, involvement and opportunities. You can help write this chapter by joining LOGAN's efforts.
