Realizing that 'home' means different things to different people, LOGAN is committed to supporting each person in finding the 'home' of their choice. That commitment means providing the supports and services necessary for successful community living for each individual.

   • 24 hour supervision with 6-8 residents
   • Eight homes in various South Bend neighborhoods
