Disability Awareness Fair

How does it feel to ride in a wheelchair? How do people with hearing loss communicate by telephone? How do you ski, or run, or play sports if you have an artificial limb? These are just some of the questions addressed at LOGAN's Disability Awareness Fair, a program geared for area schoolchildren at LOGAN Center. At the annual Disability Awareness Fair, hundreds of area schoolchildren will have a chance to meet people with disabilities, talk with LOGAN staff, and visit several venues where they experience what it is like to live with a disability.
